    The key is gonna be how LSU handles the "investigation" and any potential knowledge anyone had of OBJs plan prior to it happening

    well that's new to me. all the reports I ever saw was the personal reasons leaving.

    he met the requirements of missing half the season though, so not sure how you can argue against it? not like Chase Young getting "coincidentally" suspended for only the bad games. Divinity missed a shit ton.

    LSU will eventually say they didn't know OBJ planned on giving away cash, and the guys who are still student athletes will have returned the money and will probably be suspended 1 or 2 games next season

    IIRC, Chase Young "paid" the loan back and still got the 4 game boot. I do not remember if it was paid back before or after the news broke though. That could of been a deciding factor.

    More than likely they will get a game or two and OBJ should be banned for a year or two from coming to school events.
