Which brand spacer is best to fix the taco lean

    Hey guys,

    I have the taco lean on my 19, and we all know why etc, to keep it simple, it’s stock suspension and I don’t want to change it to coil overs etc. I plan on buying a spacer, does anyone have any recommendations for a specific brand? and do I use one in the front and back or only the front? Truck has 13k miles on it.

    Don't the stock trucks have different springs on each side to compensate for this?

    To my knowledge no, and I’ve seen it on every trim level from 2nd gen onto 3rd gen.

    Mine has .75 inch lean to the left as well

    They do have different springs on the passenger side and drivers side.

    And you suggested using the extended bolts in the previous thread?

    Only for the 1/2" spacer or greater. The 1/4" does not need it. Keep in mind that using 1/2"+ means dealing with compressing the spring and swapping out the shorter bolts. Headstrong can provide them all. If you opt to need bolts for one side PM me....I might give you a TW deal since I only needed 1-side.

    Yeah, I was just going to tweak the lean but leveling a bit was the best outcome for me. Good luck!

    I appreciate it man! I think I’ll do the 1/4 which should give me roughly 1/2 inch lift, versus 1/2 which would give me an inch, I think the 1/4 spacer is the less invasive and time consuming option. It’s a daily so not really touching the truck otherwise.

    I believe stock springs are side specific. Funny thing is I measured before lifting and both sides were pretty much dead nuts even. :notsure:
