Interesting. I only say that because I am the same height, and years ago at 196lbs the military had us do calipers and in water BF measurement and mine came back at 10%. I bet you are less than that, maybe you just have a different body structure?

 

Need to figure out how to get gym access at the new office. I got home yesterday and was so fuckin tired I barely had the energy to grill a couple steaks for dinner. I barely made it to 9pm before I fell asleep. Just can’t get in to a morning workout. Too cold in the garage and I never feel I have the energy right out of bed either, even when I want to workout. Hopefully after a week or two of acclimating to the new job and office life I’ll have enough in me to do a workout when I get home.

 

It's possible for sure. I really don't carry much of any fat in my legs or arms. I really don't have love handles either. Really the only fat that I can easily get a hold of is over my rectus abdominus.

Maybe I should just bite the bullet and do a DEXA scan. I have always wanted to.

 

Eh I wouldn't worry about DEXA scan. Don't get too focused on that number, just do what works and gets you to your goals.

On a serious note- yeah that is exactly what I am going to do. Keep eating good and trying to lift heavier. I will get there eventually.

I keep telling myself I’m gonna do a DEXA but then I get cheap.

I need to keep my shit together while recovering from surgery and not get fuckin fat. Do a DEXA scan and a VO2 and max HR lab test and hire an ultra coach come July.
