Been trying to find the best and easiest recipe we'll love so it doesn't taste like urinal cake or worse lol

 

I use one pack of this and Italian bread crumbs and follow the recipe on the back of the box makes a 2 pound loaf

I do a few varieties. One my wife likes the most is, 2lb's ground beef, two eggs, bread crumbs, about 1/4 cup ketchup or tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder then about 1/2 to 1 whole bag of nacho cheese doritos that I crush up. Bake at 350 for about an hour then I spread a mixture of tomato sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, little mustard (cook it down to reduce and thicken) on it and put it back in till it's finished cooking to 160 in the middle, usually another 10-15 minutes. Let it sit about 10 mins before you slice.

You're welcome. I do about 4-5 different ones so it's not always the same taste. Variety is the spice of life and all. lol

 

I've just never made one and wasn't sure I'd want to but he has been wanting one so I was gonna try it. The ketchup on top things I've seen seems weird to me lol. I've seen stuff about worshishire sauce too...I don't remember eating meatloaf ever so not sure I've evet had it and not sure about it. Lol

 

It's yummy. It's one of those throwback meals. I sometimes do ketchup on top but I usually mix it with other things to help cut down on the sweetness some. Like I said I love sandwiches from it the next day. Dang now I might need to make one tomorrow or Saturday.
