Welcome back! @EatSleepTacos and I had a side discussion about it because we were questioning if it was old stock or not. Turns out it wasn't

Thanks lol. I’m not allowed responding in the sae thread anymore, someone must be afraid they’ll get their wittle feewings hurt. I didn’t realize this was the everyone deserves a participation trophy crowd but I guess I should’ve figured that with the heavy liberal kalifornia presence.

If it was old stock wouldn’t it be a hi power or did they still make regular onx6 bars alongside the hi power? I think I remember they did.

I'm sure there was something before the hi power but that's before my time.

Looks awesome. Seems they’d be plenty suitable for backup lights in work scene, i was curious about that compared to wide cornering

:rofl:Fairly sure that name was considered at one point.

OnX was the first. 4 reflectors and 8" increments per section. Then came the OnX6, which featured the current 6 reflector/10" design. Within the OnX6 lifescycle, we introduced the Hi-Power for those that wanted the extra punch and could support the power demand. Both were absorbed once we released the OnX6+ in an effort to simplify the buying experience. The OnX6+ can run on both low and high power modes and thanks to our Battery Management Technology, can throttle amperage demands based on available power from the vehicle.

    Little bit of OnX history:thumbsup:

Hello! I was going to buy a set of squadron pro lights for my motorcycle, but now that you have the lp4s out I can't make up my mind... Do you happen to have a side by side light output photo? Thanks!

No side by side comparison photos yet. However, these two lights are quite different in output intensity and patterning. The LP4 blows the Squadron out of the water in just about every category.

The LP4 has the advantage of almost twice the lumen output. In addition, the LP4 features a combination of multiple LED and reflector types to put light in all of the primary zones, from nearfield, midfield, distance, and peripheral lighting. You'll have an amber backlit function for style and safety as well.

I am not sure what bike you plan to put these on, or where. However, weight will be the main downfall of the LP4 over the Squadron. Looking at just under 2 pounds for a pair of Squadrons, versus over 5 for an LP4 pair.
