So recently I reset my lv and dtc values and reflashed 87 fob before hand I was getting minimum 17mpg around town now I see sometimes 10 sometimes 20. Not driving very different at all.

Is this just the truck learning still?

How many miles since the reset? 400+ is generally when things are pretty well settled in.

How many miles? I generally see it taking about a full tank (400mi) for 1.05 to settle in. The only wild swings that I see with 1.05 are due to winter fuel and cold temps.

Also, OVT said that FOB is the fat kid tune for heavier Tacos (armor, bigger tires, etc.) and that it would get worse MPGs for stock trucks. Most of us saw better MPGs on it though? :notsure: After I did the Resets, my average mileage went up by 1mpg. That was in the summer though.

For whatever reason, the 2.0 Betas took a lot longer for me. Some things didn't stabilize until about 1k, and it seemed to need a good long drive every once in a while to stay settled. That might have been due to the code being not a full version?

I’m usually 20+ mpg but this cold weather has me hanging at 17-18 at best :(

I agree. Get out for a nice cruise also. Basically, look at the driving profile that works for clearing readiness codes:

I'm about the same, 18 to 19 after correction.

I wish Fuelly would do a yearly comparison. I might have to pull the data and do that myself.

Ive done that. Plus filtered by tags for the various tunes and other stuff. It dumps it out to a CSV so it fairly easy to manipulate any way you desire

That is where I messed up. I often forget to switch the octanes because I change that so rarely, but I should have noted the tunes.

Silly question time...I see people posting they arent getting maps for their manual 2019s.
That's exactly what I have (manual 2019) and i downloaded a tune. Did i do so in terrible error? Or have i misunderstood posts?
