Made some lazy tacos for lunch.

cooked ground turkey + taco seasoning + chopped Jalepenos, black beans, and tortilla chips and salsa served over chopped cabbage with japeleno tossed in fresh squeezed lime juice

I defrost in the fridge if I'm at work, or in the sink if its my day off and only want to defrost for half a day.

Never tried defrosting in a microwave; I just bought my new microwave yesterday too -

might be worth a shot... I have a plain jane microwave so I do a frozen pound at like 4 mins at 50 percent, flip it, do another 4 and it's usually good to go

Nothing wrong with that.. like I said in my early 20s I was adamant I'd never have kids. Back then it was a good thing cause I was in no shape to even think about having them then. But time has a way of doing its thing

I 100% support adoption though I'm sure it's an emotionally charged roller coaster even getting to that point of actually being able to adopt. The process is pretty challenging from what I hear

sometimes it seems like mod discretion...though I have a hard time thinking that it wasn't for a biased reason when they don't post why in the memorial thread :notsure:
