, I may install 1.5" tapered blocks. Once I hear back from Supreme Suspensions about the shims alone, I will post.[/QUOTE]
I’m set to have a 2/1 install along with 275/70/17 KO’s this week. I’ll post back to see how it went.

I contacted Supreme Suspension and I have a set of shims in route. Will report back once installed.

Best recommendation for ubolts and blocks... at the most reasonable price? I come from the Jeep world so this is all new to me

Personally I shopped around before buying, I found eBay and Amazon offered low priced parts. I believe I did the math it was something like $70 after taxes and shipping off eBay using different sellers to piece together the parts. What I did though was order from supreme suspensions, I bought the set from them. Good quality parts, paid $110 shipped. I didn’t get the differential drop nor the shims. Some say it’ll vibrate without them, I had no vibration. Others get one or the other and get vibration. I followed the track of 2 other buddies who did the same without any problems.

Low Range OffRoad had solid aluminum blocks with the angle already made in them. I believe I paid 79.99 for blocks and new ubolts. Fat Bob’s Garage has them as well

Do you think if a lean spacer is put on in addition to a 2" (1" thick) lift spacer, the UCA have to be changed out to achieve the correct camber? Asking for a friend....

Thanks, I am gonna give it go. The spacer hate is strong here but I don't baja of any sorts so the $1k plus suspension is not cost effective for me. Plus I hate to toss a brand new strut on the floor. Thought Id wear it out or break it, since thats what every nay sayer says will happen with a spacer lift, then put in the good stuff. IDK

Exactly how I feel. Ive had my lift on 15k no problems at all. Light trails and camping and that sort of stuff for me.

I’ve spent a bunch of time trying to figure out what level and lift I want to get.

Could use some advice . SR5 2018. DCSB with a Leer topper

I’d like a small amount of additional lift and level stance . The taco lean and rake kinda annoy me .

Is the 2/1 leveling kit a decent option? Will the added weight of the shell make a difference?

I’d like to eventually add bigger tires.

I’m a newbie when it comes to suspension and despite reading a zillion pages on TW, I’m still not sure what to do.

    thanks

I can give you my results after I also broke my head reading threads after threads with information. I went with 1” front spacer, that resulted in 2” of front lift then 1” blocks in the rear. Bought from Supreme Suspensions. I don’t have any added weight on either the front or rear. I’m leveled, for the exception of the “taco lean” SS does sale a shim to add to avoid that lean. I can tell you though I hauled my 500lb gun safe some days back and did get a small rear rake which is normal. But honestly it was 500lb, I can’t see 100-175lbs making a difference to stance.
Your ride will change, Feels a little stiff. Personally, I liked the ride change, prior to leveling kit it felt real soft on turns, now it feels more in control no swaying. Hard to put into words but hope you get the point. Speed bumps are felt a lil harder, but speed bumps are speed bumps, they are meant to do just that.
    I’m 100% satisfied with my suspension change, running 275/70/17 E rated KO2’s.

Your spacers did not alter the ride characteristics of your truck, those E rated tired did.
