    UPDATE:

    I return from my work trip tomorrow evening and I will be able to check on all updates. I have all the Black Friday Cash Back Refunds made out and in envelopes with stamps ready to ship and drop off at the post office :bananadance:

    Here are some updates with where things are with the Grab Handle prior to my departure for my work conference. I was able to take a look at another Taco and compare a lot of things just like I wanted to in order to see what was different and why I felt the angle seemed a little off to me. I think I have narrowed down exactly what needs to be adjusted. I was able to get all of the changes to my vendor right before they went on their Holiday Break. Well anyhow, here goes:

    It’s never bad. Just small modifications like I made mention before. Just took some time to line up another Taco. Not exactly easy to do with my schedule. Plus I’m out of town right now on Work. Enjoy the video that I mentioned I’d be making for you all to share and keep you all in the loop. Trust me. I’m all about keeping you in the loop with this process. If I was on your side, I’d appreciate it just as much, so I totally understand. I apologize that sometimes I get crazy busy but I try to balance my family, work, and this side business as much as possible. Unfortunately, the family time as taken a lot of time lately and I’m a little scrambling right now and then this Conference Week and My Vendors Holiday 3 Week Vacation didn’t all come at the greatest time. TRUST ME!!!! I’m right there with you all. It’s like really!!! However, one can have their own fingers crossed that soon things will slow down and everything will play out. Orders will soon be caught up. If I could just catch up now with all the 60 PMs :boink: and then updating the HUD and Grab Handle Orders on the First Pages of the threads, we would be good to go. Everyone would be happy right??? :D We will get there. I promise. The website is getting there. I did make the adjustment with the payment amount to make up for that fee so that shouldn’t be a headache for any of you or me. Thank goodness. I also have made edits to the payment process on the first page mentioning the adjustments. However, I have plans to organize that post even more here soon so it is even easier and less confusing. I am all about simplicity. When things are new you run into things like this. So I would like to thank all of you for your patience and support during this time. Trust me. It will all be worth it in the end when you have this installed. This and the HUD Display. They are frickn awesome!!!! :cheers:

    That is up to you. Unfortunately I don’t have control over a 3 week vacation with a country. When my vendor gets back they will have the next model ready for me. I will test it and that is when we should be good for the approval. Once that takes place. It will take like I have said a month to a month and a half to make the order for Toyota of China. That means with that lead time, you are looking at 2 1/2-3 months and they should be complete.

    I’m pretty sure at this point unless you paid by way of actual PayPal, you have to make a secondary payment. So if you haven’t, please check. Don’t just check your website receipt. The website I have been informed doesn’t allow for you to make the change and adjustment for convenience fees which I have now adjusted for like I did so with EBay. Live and learn. Not a big deal.

    If anyone is having a huge issue with this, please feel free to send me a message and reach out to me. I am extremely easy to work with and I’m here to help. Obviously. Otherwise, I would not be doing any of this for the community’s of Tacoma’s, Tundra’s, and 4Runner’s. I do this because I enjoy it and I think these are all mods that people should be able to have on their trucks not just me. It’s just something that has turned into a side business that I love and want to share with others.

    I'd love to believe this but I've asked 3 times to update the first page with my order#. I first asked on December 21. I also sent in a refund form and haven't heard a thing.

    @KTJO 4x4 mentioned that she is returning from her work trip, and we don't know how long that was. There is also a conference week thing as well as the vendor 3 week vacation, so that will put a halt on the process. She also did mention balancing work, family and this side business, which I can imagine is very tough.
    Also, asking on December 21st is right around holiday season, so please be lenient with people that are trying to balance so many things at once, especially when it's a business.
    I understand that you expect answers to all your questions quickly, but she is a very busy person as she is making more than just the one item at hand.
    I have also asked about putting my name on the front page for the order numbers but just in case, I put my TW name into the notes section when I ordered. If she can't get to it right away, give her more time.
    I get it has been more than 3 weeks since you first asked to be updated on the first page and you asked about the refund form. She did mention that:
    So give her time and read her updates as they come. You don't need to be replied to directly, as she made the general statement for everyone to see.

Thank You! I get so many comments sent to me through emails, PMs and messages like this and although I cannot respond to every single PM, I do try to make general announcements when I have a quick second to the group to let people know as much as I can when I do have a quick second. I will be home later this evening and I will start to update things. I do have all the refunds made out with stamps on them and they will be mailed out.     I also have a business. Orders were updated between the 21st and now. I patiently waited as long as I was comfortable with. I've read the updates and saw the 1st page updated several times. After an email, a pm and three posts I decided to post here. So don't act like I came in here swinging and you had to defend someone.

    I would never have guessed you owned a business. Yes, grabbing order numbers and throwing them onto the first page were done, but linking peoples accounts to those order numbers probably takes longer, I don't know. I know you have posted multiple times asking to be updated on the front page, I read those as the thread went on. I'm not saying you came in swinging, because I know you asked for an update a while back. I'm just saying to give her more time because she's busy.
    If you're not comfortable waiting any longer, I don't know what she can do for you, she's trying her best.

    I did my best too. I bought the first day, paid immediately and sent in a refund form within 30 days. I stayed patient for three weeks. Who are you to tell me to relax and be patient? I expect a simple update and you become super defender immediately. I don't know what else I was supposed to do. Wait for you to give me the ok to ask for an update?
