Checking in from Noblesville. Got my Taco back in November and I've slowly been working on some of the more basic comfort mods (DMM, Kicker CS speakers, window tint).

I installed the Kicker CS's last year along with the Subaru (Kicker) tweeters. You will be pleased with the sound. I went back and added the Kicker Key amp several months later. The difference was amazing.

I did the tweeters as well. Probably an unpopular opinion, but the difference from stock to upgraded wasn't quite as drastic as I was expecting. It probably didn't help that I only had the truck for about a month and a half before I did the upgrade, so I didn't really have a solid reference point. I didn't do any sound deadening (which I've heard helps alot), but that will have to wait til I can stand working out in my driveway for longer than an hour. I've been thinking about the Kicker Key amp and also possibly adding a low profile sub underneath the drivers seat. There are good options for behind the rear seats, but long term I don't want to lose that space permanently.

All in all, I do think it sounds great, just not quite punchy enough for my taste.

I'm just outside Kokomo. You are welcome to listen to my set-up and see what you think about the Key amp (before you purchase).

Here in Fort Wayne, Indiana! Man I hate this place, as a general lover of the outdoors/mountain biker, this place is miserable for me. But hey, I’ll enjoy it while I’m here, right? :D

I've lived all over the U.S. including West, Midwest, South, and even up north in Alaska. At this point in my life, I can make due with wherever I find myself. With that said, I appreciate your point.;)

I'm south of you about 2.5 hours, and completely understand your point.

While you're in the flat wasteland of Indiana, I'm quite near some decent elevation changes but still, not much going on.

I'm like, 15 minutes from Haspin.

I know it gets hilly about 5 minutes south of where I live and continues to increase the farther south you go.

North of I70, flat as a board.
South of I70, gets much more interesting.

I was starting to think I was the only one here in south east Indiana. Been here my whole life and never been to haspin. It's close maybe 30 min away
