    So I just got a new ecu for the truck. Same part number. I put it in then followed the in the picture.
    It is still not working. wont even crank. Anyone know what I'm doing g wrong/ideas?

    I was going through the fuses and the am2 fuse was blown. Anyone know what this does/if that is affecting this.

    This reminds me of when I used to download porn on my parents computer and I would type deleted *.* instead of deltree and I would delete config.sys and autoexec.bat. anyone who knows what I'm talking about is old.

    Put a new fuse in place for the am2 fuse.
    It is now cranking but wont start??

    Ruh Roh! AM2 feeds injectors, ignition coils, and starter. I hope you didn't buy an ECU because of a blown fuse.

    Something tells me the resync process was not completed.

    Did your dash light up light a blinking christmas tree? Did you leave the two pins jumper'd for AT LEAST 30:00 or more?

    Maybe it didn't resync because the blown fuse prevented ignition power getting to ________________.
