    Hamilton Moab trails?

Dude, 20 road is a paved road and has been for like 15 years now...
unless you mean the sulfur spring roads in Ancaster, any corolla can run though it without issues
Or if it's the fabled "Burlington street" road park, been entirely repaved 6 months ago. It's butter smooth.

Everyone else is in denial. we know you wheel hard enough to be included into a calendar

I was talking about Highlands Rd near Pritchard area, didn't know you were up on 20 rd.
Wasn't that site all fenced off? Except for some good dirt climbing piles on the east end?

There is a little unofficial playground down near the gun club on stone church. You may know the one I'm talking about... Corollas aren't making it in there. ;)

Google maps does not show a current view of that area....

I'm always keeping my eyes peeled for unassumed roads.
I have to start logging their locations better but when you start seeing muddy jeeps about you know there is one in the area.

Gotta get those Alectra magnetic signs made up, and a yellow light for the backrack, that will open up a whole bunch of local trails. :burnrubber:

I picked up a GoPro 8, because it has the G sensors in it, but the software is "not quite there" to make it easy to make the videos I was planning on.
Have the G values displayed as it shows you going around some of the different roads in Hamilton.
One showing the same spots in the Tacoma with the 8112's and same with the Dodge 1500 work truck and then some kinda shit box vehicle....
Main St just after the 403 on the RH lane, Wellington near Burlington St near the tracks, Barton Eastbound past the Lowes coming upto the Red hill.
Are all spots off the top of me head that are good for demonstration of "fast suspension".
Plus sometimes you get a real treat of watching some poor bastard ahead of you in an old car not knowing wtf is happening as their car starts bucking like a bronco,
I gotta get that on tape.
Plus it would be neat to meet up with you guys on an off-road adventure and put it in each vehicle and compare off-road runs.

Since I dish it out, I gotta take it,
Therby is right, I've off-roaded less in my own country than I have in 3 other continents. :anonymous:

But in my defence a lot of that off-roading would be considered much more difficult than what you would ever see in Ontario.
But unfortunately none of it was recreational so was not considered fun at the time.

I thought Therby was already on the Tacomaworld calendar?
Wasn't that him stealthed out in the bushes in Norilsk's pic? Now if that isn't +10 points I don't know what is.

isn't that the infamous "rail dust" oxidizing on 040? White Yotas are famous for that... I can't believe I bought one.

Hence why it's sitting in the garage for the winter to stay pretty... :angrygirl:

no, that one is a real one unfortunately. Must be those damn 35s pulling all crap around. Need 40s to confirm that theory.

This is the fastest ever Tacoma depreciation in Toyota history, they should be studying it at Toyota :D

Once you start modifying, you can't get anything for trade in value - in 2015 I was looking to trade in my 09. They only wanted to give me $7K. This is one reason I just kept it when I bought the new one. I think they only would have given me ~$2,500 for it on trade for the 19...

Amen, I believe mine is worth close to 12-15K in today's market considering mileage and modifications that can not be altered. That's a 65% depreciation in 2 years! :anonymous: she is getting 40s to hit the bottom of the market :D

i was talking about twentieth road E and W that runs adjacent to Rymal. used to be good gravel roads that was a bit hilly too, floor it hard enough and you're taking a lot of weight off of the suspension.

    upload_2020-1-17_8-7-24.jpg
Sulfur springs has a few tight bends that are fun to take at speed and mineral springs decent views of some farmland that's best to be seen as the sun is going down. other than that, both still have gravel roads, and both are fun to bomb down to terrorize the millionaire club that is Ancaster. (also great spot to go for a hike/ bike)

you'd get caught by Alectra immediately. they don't have black trucks in their fleet, trade yours for @Snail81's and then you'd blend in :D

Main st past the 403 is indeed a mess, but a bastard to get to if you take the onramp off the 403 gotta fight 15 people to get to it :duel:

the track crossings at Burlington st just before wellington st had been redone 2 months ago so no teeth chattering bumps. however the 2 RH lanes on wellington that cross the tracks are rougher than they were before.

there was once a decent bump on stonechurch at Garth (drive west bound on stone) and if you go full send at the lights, you might get some air.
    if you're in a school bus, and this happens;

you know it's a good ramp :D got rid of it now when the CofH decided to repave all of garth. kids will never know what true danger is :anonymous:

but yeah, we need to meet up some times. i feel like the Tim's in front of the home despot out beside the well known dirt theme park we both have driven on would be a good place

i know your pain, my side view mirrors get gunked up with road salt everytime i turn since the K02s throw so much water into the air
    :rain:
i've resulted in throwing the turn signal on and saying "good luck, fuckers" as i merge lanes. the TSS is a dangerous break checking tool

Well had an amazing response from customer support for my ActionTrax recovery boards.

I have been putting them through some good work outs, with @Canadian Joe and @Marc70 helping me out

Last night I went to install metal studs on the bottom of the boards, and noticed :anonymous: They are both cracked :boom::bananadead: :censored:

    I sent some video's of us using them to show I use them correctly. Took some pics of the flaws, and emailed them to company. Got a response within an hour, telling me;

    :cookiemonster:

Way better response then I expected

holy hell, a company that acknowledges their product had been flawed due to an issue in manufacturing and are willing to replace them even after a year's worth of time that had passed?
    that's amazing!

ask if they could send some prototypes they might have on hand to you to test out
    :anonymous:

i might get a sent from them if they're that cool about it

doing some research and found this; apparently Actiontrax is by the same designer of the maxtrax, where he branched out on his and made another company.

I am still in shock myself, a company that stands behind their product.

All he wanted was the shipping address, I dont pay shipping or nothing. Get to keep the 'borken' ones, so now I will have 4.
