I like the look without it also. I wonder how much of an impact it has on gas mileage. I’m guessing not a whole lot.

 

I guessing with the mileage we get it wouldn't be a noticeable difference. I'm kind of liking the look of it as well

 

It is not much per truck, but it adds up when you talk about 250K trucks. It is also just another part in a line of tweaks on each truck that add up in the end, air damns, transmission tuning, the reason Toyota when with an Atkinson-Cycle 3.5L also.. it all adds up.

Looks good, only one so far with red and black TRD box decals. Which caps did you purchase? Can you show a wheel close up.

Got a few imperfections but only really visible if you are < 3ft away. I might respray them in a few weeks. Also dipped the emblems to match the wheels

Just picked up my SR5 in Doodoo Blue. I am in love. What should I do to it?

 

Nice truck. I like the grill. I like the wheels. I'd keep those. Maybe just tint the windows and upgrade the tires?

 

Tint windows, change grille surround to SR to delete chrome, some beefy tires, BHLM headlights, boom!

 

Love the black wheels.

 

Finally got my sliders installed. I bought them in a black friday sale and picked them up from SOS Offroad Concepts in mid December. Followed what a lot of people seem to be doing as far as finishing. 2 coats of self etching primer and 2 coats of truck bed liner. They turned out great, and the lady likes them to help her get into the truck!

 

Guys, I’m getting into a new Voodoo TRD Pro tomorrow.

Getting rid of my 2017 GMC Denali HD. I had a few Tacoma’s before and I always missed having one. That being said I’m excited. Tried hard to find a non current manual Pro, but there were only two in all of Canada.
