    I’m leaving in 10 minutes for a mandatory safety meeting. Someone usually goes off about how the drivers are always getting fucked over. Monday morning that “someone” will be going in for a “random” test. I love to fire up the new guys the day before, telling them that the only time shit changes is if you make noise at the safety meetings. :thumbsup:

    I'm on day 9 of a low carb diet... truth be told... and as embarrassing as it is I gained much weight since October.

    November 2018 at my Dr appt I weighed in at 188lbs.

    My most recent dr appt I weighed in at 238lbs :( knew I gained a bit but holy shit!

    Lost about 12lbs so far, and sticking to it.

    I ain't giving up! I've lost 50lbs before, I'll do it again.

    I know why I gained so much weight... I started loving me a shitton Of IPAs around September/October.

    Done cut that out for good finally. Feel hella better after 9days already :yay:
