My all time high was when I was 19 and got up to 219. 30 beers a day does that to a person. Who knew?
Married weight was 204 (in 1991) and in my old age I generally stay in the 195 range. If I get to 198 I shut down eating until I'm back to 195

But I'm not weird.

 

Ive been good.

Every day I wanna go get some greasy cheesburger or a big burrito somewhere. But I dont. I cook up eggs for breakfast, I skip lunch usually cuz no time, and then have a salad or a protein based dinner. No dairy, no wheat, no carbs at all.

My baseline weight is 195-205 thats where I can easily stay. But dem beers and following alcheyhaul munchies done got me fast!

Guess looking back I have been eating out almost every meal... and then I was buying beers after work most nights... Im mad I backpedaled my weightloss cuz having lost 60 pounds after my last surgery is something I worked hard to achieve and was proud of. 188 was the least I had weighed since I was 19.

Buuuut... live and learn, done drank the beers and eated the food already. Whats done is done, just gotta keep myself on a lbs decline and ill be back down to my target weight in no time. Fuck it.

Yup, the most I ever weighed was 155, but was drinking multiple pints of Guinness daily. I felt yucky.

 

You are stronger than I. If I don't eat my body basically gives me all the signs of "fuck you, you're gonna eat and you're gonna like it." Only time I watched my eating was when I was training for lifting/physique comps, but that was a lot of body fat ago

 

What has worked for me for 20+ years (may not work for others) is this...eat whatever you want to eat but....don't eat after 3pm. Sounds stupid but it keeps the pounds off for whatever reason.

Oh believe me me, My body has been on a bitch fit since last Thursday... harder to sleep without drinking a shitton, headaches from lack of carbs, and Im always a c hair from driving to get a burger.

Keeping it under wraps tho.

Its not easy, but I want to feel good, be more confident, and have less risk of heart attack and such more than I want a burger.
