I think I’m going to get a oil pressure gauge. I feel weird not having one after this motor work. I’m gonna get rid of the boost gauge. The meth controller has one. Will also Probly run 2 wide bands one for each bank.

 

Anyone running the innovative dual wide band? I could just buy another aem but seems like my aem was always a little off.

@JustDSM and @BassAckwards thank you for clearing up the Ucon and HP thing. I may get ahold of you for a trans tune, but I don't have any of the other things the HP can tune lights out for. That is one thing that is nice about having an '06. No traction control, SAI, or EGR. But before I decide on a trans tune, I need to decide on tire size and be happy with it and plan on keeping it. Really want to go to 35's, but no need for the 12.50 wide. Only two options in a 35x10.50R17. Interco Super Swamper SSR and a Kenda. I want more A/T.

i have had airbags deployed in a 2nd gen. not fun at all. just cant recall how the a-pillar seperates.

 

No side bags in my 06 when I totaled it. Main bag fucked my arms up tho. Still have scars. Passenger went off too. Definitely not fun.

 

To all those with the misting issues I would replace your PCV to rule out a defective one before I start assuming that the engine is jacked up.

Fight the power. Listed as 3300 cfm. I'm looking forward to quiet startups, low RPM cooling, and long drives along the coast.

 

I almost hit one of those too. Instead I swerved and nailed the yellow barrels before it. Missed the first one.. which is filled with water.. but hit the last one sticking out the furthest in the triangle formation. Those are filled with sand...

how do you make sure you get it to fit snug? modify the stock shroud?

 

34” range. I’m considering going back to that after these 315’s.

 

When removing the crank pulley anything to consider? Reading over the S/ax install says not to remove it (will be replacing with NST crank Pulley).

Also I should be able to swap and add all the S/C pulleys and spacers ahead of time? Thinking of doing that along with @Roostfactor tips on adding pump, cooler etc to save time.
