    Hit a huge PR on log press.


    But...



    Pretty sure I strained something in my left bicep on the clean. Fuckin 6 days out... Immediately started hurting right on the tendon where my bicep and forearm connect and it radiates into my mid bicep. It is a sharp ache, not like a normal sore muscle, hurts most when straightening my arm or trying to curl something. Fuck me.

    Hit 300 like nothing today so I went for 325 and nailed it. As soon as I dropped it I felt the pain in my arm. I'm hoping it's nothing bad but my biceps have been getting a lot of work recently with all these stone carries.
