    Aesthetically, the Sport has a [non-functional] hood scoop, the OR doesn't, other than that, not much. Functionally, the Sport is optimized for on-road driving, is more comfortable for travel, etc. The OR is optimized for trail/off-road use and has up-graded suspension, rear locking differential and crawl-control.

    You probably don't need an OR if you can't tell the difference between the two.

    Also, Off Road comes with 16" wheels, proper tow hook, and Sport comes with 17" wheels and chin spoiler (kinda like sr5)

    Larger 8.75" rear diff
    Locking rear diff
    MTS AND crawl control (on auto trans)
    Black fenders
    Brake booster
    Slightly better suspension for offroad (more soft compared to the sport)
    Has a gas tank plastic skid with straps
    16" wheels
    No hood scoop

    The sport has:
    8" rear diff ( for auto) 8.75" (for manual)
    Color matched fenders
    More stiff suspension (for on road)
    17" wheels
    Hood scoop

    Both are capable. If they are the same price why not get a locker ?

    None yet
    I have the OR, the suspension is soft and will lean on corners, it does not have a front spoiler but does have black fender flares. Of coarse it has a crawl control feature and locking diff. I have never used them. And yes, we all want the fake hood scoop, and no one wants to trade. Drive them both and try the Limited one.

    No they don't. MSRP on sport is $32.7K and OR is $34K (basically the cost of the locker). Options will all cost the same, so by all accounts, the Sport is less expensive.
