They absolutely have the exact same price for the SAME configurations, has nothing to do with the locker. The reason you are seeing a Sport showing an available lower base MSRP is because it comes in Access Cab Manual and the Off Road does not come in that configuration.

I have the sport, I like the scoop and the color matched fenders. It drives better on the road and since this is the main driving I will be doing it just makes sense.

    1. Do you want an Access Cab?
    2. Do you want a manual transmission?
These are two important questions that could determine which trim you purchase. Toyota says you can't have your cake and eat it too. Yes, because they are dicks.

I got an OR and traded for a scooped hood. Only way to go. :bikewhoops:

The manual transmission was the driving force behind the model I chose. After 3 years I appreciate the stiffer suspension of the Sport as opposed to the OR.

Owners replace suspension, wheels, tires, grills, etc etc anyways ..so the question is mute. Lol.

Then the real men will ask you for your hood with the (non-functional) scoop

Many think the Sport looks better (color match fender flares, hood scoop) and it's capable for off-road.

Personally, I'd go SR5 before I'd go Sport, but I like clean hood lines.

Off Road also has a plastic skid plate for the gas tank.

Drive both and decide what you like the best, for me I didn’t like the stiff ride of the sport and hated the fake scoop (the hood is already huge). I have used the locker and crawl control and found them useful.

This is true. However, I dont always proof read posts in the event my phone is autocorecting the spelling change of a word.

Yes but the funny thing I saw when shopping was every truck, OR or Sport, was pushed up to $39.??? With extras or options. Even the M/T discount was countered with an option. Bastards!

So I been seeing Ridgeline jokes on here. Is that like a thing on these forums? Like some sort of culture? I've always thought they look completely awkward, especially the previous generation. I'm talkin' like, who-would-wanna-buy-that awkward ugly.
