Thinking about a time lapse of my trucks original engine being rebuilt... I have all the parts for that one waiting... just no room to do it and no where to put the assembled engine

Have a line on replacements while vacaying in Florida. Originals were poorly repaired when truck was salvage/repaired. Putty coming loose, so probably easier to replace than repair, if price is right, especially since they are same color.

 

I don't know about a full engine rebuild but a head gasket job will probably happen one day. We have plans to shoot a motor swap possibly in March.

i was watching a video where they used them to drill into body panels that left no sharp edges, i think on either side of the hole

 

Got the Spiker hood struts to fit. Minor battery relocations were done... Problem solving is what we do here.

They are great for drilling sheet metal, anything thinner than the flute length. They can deburr both sides if the backside is accessible. Countersinks or a deburr tool work better though.

 

The cheep ones from harbor freight work well.

Also stupid spring compressors dont fit on the ome coils. Grrrrrr!

 

I have replaced coils while still bolted on top, a little tricky and may be dangerous, but do able.
