Went up past brush creek yesterday. French creek turnoff is about where the snow started. Pretty cold out there right now. Not somewhere you want to be forced to stay the night at tonight.

Logged it all the way from coyote gap to 162 off the French creek road at the pevine turn off to lower pevine. There's plenty of places and things to light on fire if prepared. I always carry an 8" round of pitch and water proof matches for that stuff. Even riding.

Just odd someone heard som yelling earlier. Lot of single track near French creek bridge. Pretty thick where they hadn’t log down there. That area I’ve spent a lot of time down there

I can teach survival around here. Easy stuff really. Just calm and relaxed and then do your job. Pretty simple really.

The chp is flying from Tahoe area now.

Hey Jody, let's grab some hot dogs and a couple cases of beer and go for a drive. Picking up hitch hikers in French creek.

That’s great idea. I’ve had a few pop out of the brush. Just enough to see who it was. Then dive bag into the brush. Sounds like S&R is up there now.

S&R I could tell some stories about from the inskip annual show. I really don't want them to ever look for me.
I love some of those guys and think they're great folks but if it's me just stay home have a few beers and chuckle.

I'll still hope and pray that they find him safe and warm.

Let me tell you grass in the other side is not always dark green but a tad shade greener helps. ;)

I’ve been riding on some lightly used Falken Wildpeaks since early July and they have been a-fucking-mazing. Taken all the trails I have thrown at them and super quiet on pavement. I think they are still cheaper than most of the competitors at this point too.

I'm looking for 315s and Falkens only come in Load Rate E which seem overkill for our trucks. Not alot of D rated 315s that are AT. Down to a few choices. I liked what I've read about them though.

Had them on the truck since April, no issues at all with pulling or anything else. Very pleased with these Coopers.
