Do these welds not scream professional to you?

Oh c’mon, it’s not that bad. It has speed holes.

 

ohh nice.. new TSB for the supra.. if people dont lock the car with the fob the battery drains faster.

the fix? make sure people lock their car even in the garage.

99% of the bumper was done by a retired professional welder who worked on Nuclear power plants, I’m sure it’s fine. I just did the hoops.

 

I've seen "professional" work that was shittier

 

so the hoops shall fly away

 

It's ok they don't do anything anyhow

I have one but in my case it didn't change the angles noticeably at all

 

you should see some of the "Professionally" repaired frames i see at work



it really makes me want to stay off the roads.

 

It looked ugly because I was filling in a huge gap. I didn’t use my tube notcher on the account of I didn’t know how to. So I went ham with the angle grinder.

This is what one of my welds actually looks like when I’m trying:

 

i'll worry bout it later... if not i'll go spin some on a lathe.

but ive been learning since i was like 10, Also. i made that fancy 300 series stainless flange too.

its going on the 02 soon.. i told my father he can have the headers, cats and cat back since his mufflers damn near a massive hole now. He'll throw me some money for new thorleys when the time comes (or i'll just do turbo manifolds)
