hmm I might suggest instead of that one bolt in the middle holding that whole thing on of using two towards the ends if possible. Could be a lot of leverage on that now and that wouldn't be fun to get ripped out and now find out about it until the battery basically is melted haha

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
That one screw is the only one you see... There are two bolts holding the battery box on to the platform that's welded to the top of the wheel well.

Shit, I seen an oil spot under my truck. It was almost dark out, I’ll pull the skid plates off in the morning and investigate. I did an oil change a few weeks ago. So hopefully some thing is loose and it’s nothing serious(fingers crossed?

I thought about it for a second and decided I no longer have enough sick time at work to play around like that.

This trip is going to be EPIC. In fact, once we complete our 8 days in the Mojave National Preserve, we'll probably be done exploring the area - we'll hit all the important bits, and will have no reason to go back - except to show of the coolest areas to our friends.

Famous last words! [smile id="rofl"] Spoiler: I need to go back.

To see and read about the first part of this crazy adventure, check out

Technically I did this on Saturday but,

Finally got my new O2 sensor in my truck.

I don't know why I waited so long it was a 5 min job. Reset my CEL and am hoping for it to stay off. I at least was able to confirm that I can now see O2 data in Torque Pro so that's a very good sign as before I got nothing on the scanner.

    Torque Pro before code reset:

Already seems to idle a little smoother too but that might just be me not having let it full warm up yet. My daily commute is so short that I hardly get up to full temp before I get to work anyways.
