Doesn't it all just bolt on? Should be a DIY job. I'm guessing you have the cab rack...could probably entice some local members to give you a hand in exchange for beer...

I believe so, but a local 4x4 shop said they have to drop the fuel tank to put the skid plate on.
I just don't have the space to work on the truck, unfortunately.

Say wha? They are foolin ya... spend some time on here doin some edumatriculation and you’ll find that a fuel tank skid plate doesn’t require actually dropping the tank itself.

Stellar Built. They first quoted $900, and I told him that’s impossible. After telling them that the manufacturers said 2-3 hours total, it became $550, which still seems high.

I’m now talking with another shop, and it’s much more reasonable.

    I’m near Sac State.

Well that’s fucking depressing. They have done some good work for my truck in the past, but that’s just ridiculous.

Well for 1, going to steal your price quote and post on a t4r section that some suggest them for recommendations.

Now for your problem, can give you a hand, skids should be self explanatory, your roof rack, presume you have pre mounting area on your ride, yes your rigs are Greek to me on somethings.
    Have driveway and tools.
    Again, wkends I'm available usually.
