After getting a quote for $160, I was just arrogant enough to try and vinyl wrap my mirrors on my own... yeah, I'm gonna stick with my day job.IMG_1068.jpg IMG_1069.jpg IMG_1070.jpg IMG_1067.jpg

Man, that's a tight squeeze into your garage, just like mine!

Pull it off and use PlastiDip. It's more resilient than you might think and it too peels right off if you don't like it and if you need to touch it up, easy peasy since it's really easy to put on. I did my rear bumper caps in matte black and they've held up really well.

I'll rock it for a little while, but as soon as I get called out on it (probably within the week...), I'll take it to a pro. GD YouTube videos make me think I can do anything first take...

I had thought about that but didn't think it would be resilient enough. You're saying its been pretty solid for you? Any pics you could share?

I’ve had it on my wheels for almost a year and use drive through car washes, not always touch less ones either. I’ve yet to have it peel, and was skeptical at first myself.

Just ordered by the paint code from automotive touch up. I’ve ordered from them a few times and it’s always been a good match.

Took 5 minutes to get both of them off, everything I read made it look a lot harder then it was.

It doesn't have to lift the other end, putting 200 pounds on the one end, will lighten the 500 pound end... put a scale under it and you will see ;)

Forgive my ignorance... to replace the low and high beams, you would have to order four bulbs, correct? And did you notice a big difference with your fogs, other than appearance alone?

If you do your door-handles, too, they’ll match better - esp with your blacked out badges.

That's a horrible idea. What time?

I like it, I think it looks good. But I'm curious about how they will hold against bugs and road debris.

I had to add my bed extender so I could pickup my exhaust. It was late and dark and the pic was an afterthought. :D
