    Heard there's $70k tickets.

According to SeatGeek, the current average price of a Super Bowl ticket is going for $9,590. The current lowest ticket price is $5,727 while the largest is a whopping $70,153 if you're looking to attending the game in Miami.

The geographical aspect of ticket buyers is very interesting. Obviously, it's not surprising that Kansas City residents are currently purchasing 12.3 percent of the available tickets.

Fans from New York are buying 12.2 percent of the tickets while people from Chicago are purchasing 8.1 percent of the available seats. Boston (5.4 percent) and Dallas (4.9 percent) round out the top five in terms of the geographical ticket buyers.

Heard on my local news there is a hotel offering a weeklong "super bowl experience" that includes entry to various parties, meet and greet with selected players and 4 tickets to the game... for the low low price of just 200k.

Niners did not have to pass. Their backs are so quick, they were thru the holes racking up yards running and chewing up clock. It was game over by half time.

Against the Chiefs it maybe a little more pass. If it turns into a Mahomes vs Jimmy G contest, Mahomes wins. To me, Chiefs won't be able to stop run either. My edge is to SF everywhere besides QB....toss-up, close game.

Titans run was different. Henry was big back power runner. SF front line is better and use speed with smaller backs running more sweeps. It'll be interesting.

Naw. No big deal. When the run is working, you pound the rock.

Remember what Bill Walsh said; "When you throw the ball three things can happen, and two of them are bad."

Make them stop the run. If they do, pass. And then run it some more.

I never understood that. When you run, you can get stuffed (lose yards), fumble, or gain yards. Two of those are bad, right?

Actually, four things can happen, and three of them are bad, if you count a possible sack of the QB. But, yeah, running the ball can result in bad things happening, as well. Might as well punt. But, oh shit, bad things can happen there. Lousy snap. Kicker drops the ball. Shanks the punt. It's blocked. I would guess, percentage wise, there are far more interceptions than fumbles as a comparison. Meaning, what are the percentage of fumbles on running plays vs the percentage of interceptions on passing plays. But I'm just guessing. I've not seen any data.

OK, I did a quick search.

The yearly average in the NFL:

2.5% of passes result in an INT

1.16% of runs result in a fumble. And of those, only 55% are lost to the other team, which brings that number down from 1.16% to .65% of runs result in lost ball.

How many result in a loss of yardage? Do they have that stat?

Sounds like a reasonable assessment. Besides the KC offense and SF defense, we have two of the best coaches going at it. This could be a good one.

Didn't find a quick answer to that one. I'm sure it's out there. Just gotta dig a little more.

That was a real dog. Lowest scoring Super bowl in history.
