    1GR-FE/4wd conversion, Eibach suspension, TRD PRO 4Runner wheels, 11 X-Runner grill, TRD Sport headlights, 15 taillights, power window/ door lock/ keyless entry conversion.
    Mine started off at 3300 lbs as a 2wd 4 cyl prerunner, with the 4wd and v6 conversion, it's 3800 lbs if I remember correctly.

    Once you get your transfer case in, your low will be much much lower than the standard L on your shifter.

    Ive done the ground tent thing my whole life. Heres why i have a RTT, family of 5. Its that simple. To have to put up a big tent (even a quick pitch) then 5 sleeping bags, 5 sleeping pads(or cots, or 2 air mattesses) and then tear it all down and pack it away the next morning only to continue to do that everyday for during a several day trip :mad::mad:. Me and the are always about to murder each other and the kids just because of that lol. Now the tent opens in 2 mins and the sleeping bags will already be in there. The mattress is way more comfy than the pads or cots. Just makes more sence for my family.

    The RTT was a game changer for us and I don’t think I’ll be going back on the ground. I would like to get one that is quicker open/close eventually, or maybe just build a trailer.

    I can almost sleep naked in my tent when it’s 20 degrees outside and be warm.

    Those were my measured weights on the weight station scales with my body weight subtracted.

    Just one perspective - if you took a passenger/buddy with you who is 200lbs or 300lbs, you wouldn't flinch or worry about it. I don't think 225lbs it too much to worry about. You might just have to adjust your suspension a bit to compensate for the extra front weight.
