I just had my Taco in yesterday and the service advisor brought to my attention that 2018-19 tacos are being recalled. He said if you go passed 80 there is a chance it could stall out. He said just be on look out for letter from Toyota they have not found what it causing that to happen either. Just wanted to let you know
    Stay safe

But then you get rusty frame recall. It’s kinda “pick your poison”.

    :notsure:

My understanding with the 2018/2019 recall is they are going to replace one of the two fuel pumps. Might not be a major deal.

I read the recall on the fuel pumps but how do we know that it's when driven over 80mph? That was not in the recall notice. Wondering if the service guy has more info than Toyota.

Probably just the service adviser being sensational.

My fuel pump crapped out. TWICE. This was during city driving so it's not over 80mph. Apparently the recall is going to happen in March.

I’m somehow missing all of the recalls. I’m still convinced that the 2017 will become the most desirable in years to come. The least issues and no TSS.
