    It was up against the cab...my tool bin and cooler slammed into it and cracked it. Truck caught some air. Ill see if i have pics. It wasnt too spectacular...i need to look up your thread again and see how you beefed up your skid mounts. Im gonna have to redo what i did eventually. It works for now but not a permanent solution

    So installing them this weekend changed to today.
    Took 30 minutes per side to install each king strut.

    And toytec wanted 500 and said it would take 4 hours , Mmm,


    This was Easier than doing a brake job and faster.

    Monroe quick struts were both leaking with
    40k miles on them.
    So happy to finally make this upgrade.
    Front did get raised 1.5" but the back of the truck had a good rake because of helper springs for the towing, so its actually level now.
    And I expect the kings will settle just abit

    The drivers side king was set with 2 threads positive so its leveled out even in the front with no taco lean.

    The bottle jack was a perfect idea spreading things.
    3 top strut bolts and one bottom strut
    bolt and wheel lugs was all it took.

    Maaaaan those look good. I almost jumped on a thrashed set that JKO1998 was selling like a year ago. Look freaking sweet and hopefully the ride is just as sweet :cool:
