    Toyota quoted us that much for the trans by itself. Wouldve gotten halfway into the job then wanted more for the ecm. Their tech didnt sound so confident needless to say.

    It's definitely most positively definitely possible for you Area51Runner. I'm not blowing smoke. You're attentive, you're detail oriented, you gather as much info and details as you can before you start the job, etc.... As long as you've seen the vids and are aware of those special little 'tricks' in the job, you'll be great. Not just trying to hype you up. You really will be fine. And that feeling of accomplishment afterwards, amigo mío, you will be sitting purdy :cool:
    Maybe Kwikvette goes up and gets it done with you as well. Two heads better than one most times :D

The important thing I've learned from experience is to be conscious of that fact and be able to step back and look at an overall picture.
