I would describe it as a forum for Taco enthusiasts who dont play nice with others.

That's hilarious...and seriously pathetic if they're bitching about someone on another forum.

I did have someone follow me onto another forum and he posted in one of my build threads; it was the guy I sold my big turbo to when I pulled it off my Focus ST.

I had sold the IC cold side pipe, Tial BOV, Tial external wastegate, GTX2867R turbo, feed lines and other misc. stuff.

I told him if I find the custom shift knob, I'll toss it in the box and let him have it.

Well he texted me a week after saying he never got the shift knob; I told him I'm sorry but I did say that's an "extra", you're not paying for it, and if I found it I'd give it to you.

He chases me to Corvetteforum and starts demanding the shift knob

What's even funnier? 4-5 years later and I found it just a few weeks ago as I was cleaning one of my closets where I found some rifles lol

 

It's a cautionary tale, be a decent fucking person or your only choice for socializing online with Tacoma owners becomes those guys.

And had he been a cool normal rational human being, there's a chance you might've even sent it off to him years later...... HAD he been a good person.

 

I just leave them alone, they're not worth any effort to talk with. If they're on there, it's because they couldn't be here that's about all that needs to be said. Let them have their fun there, some of them seem like they really need it.

 

Pretty sure @Speedytech7 pissed off the member who was bitching about @Uphillshunter on there. Hes still on here. His username is a song by soundgarden, Ill let you figure out the rest. He wont come in here at all anymore.

I've given away so much stuff, just because. Money comes and goes, so if I have something that someone can and will use, by all means...

I remember waiting quite some time for that shift knob too. It was CNC'd out of a solid block and custom done so the ring for the reverse lock out meshes perfectly when going in reverse.

 

Guess he can dish it but can't take it. I didn't even say anything particularly harsh.
