Shouldn't have to replace it again. It replaces the needles bearing with a solid bushing. The needle bearing is the part that known to go. I ran ~2.5" of lift for 50k+ miles and my needle bearing was still good when I swapped it 2 weeks ago.

 

Power is never an issue, a 250cc bike is a blast to ride! Twist it hard and you can’t really get in too much trouble. My only concern is that you’re about a foot taller than the guy the sportster was designed for.

 

yeah id be a little bent, if i had to replace bearing...just seems like it should last longer

 

Have you looked at metric bikes? The Yamaha bolt is a sexy piece of machinery. Japanese bikes have more thought put in to the ergonomics.

V-rod is a bad bike! Great lines and some cool features, like the gas tank under the seat. It’s a Porsche design with some Harley badging. Thinking of selling three of my bikes and getting a Yamaha v-max. It suits my riding style and it’s pretty comfortable for longer rides.

The 48 actually felt really good even with mid controls. Forward controls might be the ticket on it. But we’ll see. The sale guy I’m working with is only like 2 inches shorter than me so I’m trynna get his input as well.

The moose roast I have looks completely fat free. Not sure how or what I am going to put in with it yet.
Moose meat reminds me of elk meat.
