    it does look good. needs some red onions and sliced jalapenos / olives on top with the cheese. maybe a touch more sauce but it does look very good.

    I did use chili for the sauce though but it's very mild.

    I grew up eating a lot of stuff minus spicy food.

    Puerto ricans usually do sweet and salty with plantains and stuff.

    That's what I get for being a military brat; my mom cooked differently growing up just for my dad but my second family cooked altogether differently as well. Let's just say I had a baby sitter for the good 4yrs old up to maybe 10yrs old.

    when the engine is hot, i tend to overfill it a little bit and within a few days it should be at the F mark when the engine is hot

    yea go over the full mark by like a 1/4" it'll drop as small air pockets come out from heat cycling
