Another mechanic shop. I dont see it doing to well.
So I'm planning on buying it when they sell. Donuts in the front and my own mechanic shop in the back

That would be so legit. You'd have tons of TW people wanting to come to you. You could charge em to do their lifts or even change em to use your equipment for self installs.

 

Honestly if we end up building a shop next to the garage I've considered the possibility of allowing people to rent it hourly for installs/maintenance work/etc. Basically charge a flat hourly fee for use of the space with a lift and then if they wanted to use any of our tools then we would have to be here to supervise. The problem I see coming up is someone starting something and not being able to finish and then having their vehicle in the way.

 

That would be cool. I need a.lift and BFH to hopefully straighten out my cross member so I can bolt on my tranny and transfer case skids

 

People do that already. @phillstill used to use one

They didnt have a lift though. It was more of fabrications. Metal, cutting, welding shit like that

 

There’s one across the gym for me that has a lift and everything. it’s called DIY Garage lol.
