For the TV mount I'd recommend: 'Tech Savvy Handyman' - Nicholas Caldwell - (707) 835-3605

For the Barn Door I've heard good things about: DH Handyman Services - (707) 230 - 3278

Also if you've got Facebook check out the 'Hidden Valley Lake Friends and Neighbors' group, lots of good discussion on recommendations on there for handymen, plumbers, contractors, etc.

The prices in HVL are tempting.. but the commute on 29 seems like it would get old.

Been doing it for about 3 years now. 29 over into Calistoga, Calistoga Rd into Santa Rosa. It's an hour from my driveway to my work's parking lot. Sure, may be an hour, but I'm moving that entire hour and that alone makes it worth it.

I've been trying to talk myself into this for the 40 years I've been in SR. As much as I enjoy the area, still not there. Good for you!

Yeah moving beats traffic for sure. Hopefully in the next year or so I can find employment that wouldn't require me driving to SR and I'll make the jump up to Lake County then.

I live on Cobb. Luckily I work mostly from home but often have to commute to Sonoma and Napa counties for projects. It’ll be interesting to see how much my travel expenses go up. For the record there are no better sunrises or sunsets than the ones I witness on Cobb. Also new to this forum and good lord there’s a lot of info on here. ‍♀️
