Alsoooo did a 150lb sand bag from floor and up to shoulder. That was a tricky one

You'll figure it out. Sand bag press is what I've been doing to train for this mouser block press coming up. Basically a 300lb block of steel, pick up off the ground, to the lap then to the chest, then press overhead.

Ate a third meal (Supper) for the first time in a long time today, parents came back into town from a 2 week vacation and wanted to go to dinner so I went and ate.
Less than 2 hours after getting home I decided to go workout because I wouldn’t have slept right if I Had passed up a workout because of excuses.

Lucky. Started my new job this week and there’s no morning break and it’s in a welding shop. So I have to go 6am-lunch without any meals. Sucks and fuck I get hungry during the day lol. Need to find some good and filling snacks to put in my backpack. Maybe protein bars or some whey protein and make a shake with water. Not sure lol.

Buy a Camelback hydration pack. Fill it with protein shake. Problem solved.

I find that protein and fat keep me fuller longer. It'd be pretty easy to keep a handful of almonds in your pocket to snack on.

I eat breakfast at 06:45-07:00, break for lunch 11:00-12:00 and then don’t eat until the next morning on most days, sometimes I go from 11:00 Thursday to 11:00 or later Friday without eating.

20:4 is becoming my new jam. Especially since I don’t exercise right now outside of walking 4-6 miles a day so it helps feel like I eat a lot when in reality I’m cutting back pretty good.

Plus I love not having to meal prep as much.

If you include small things like an apple or a protein shake then I eat at 6am, 7:30, 9, 11, 2pm, 4, 6:30, 8:30-9. Then sleep 10-5:45 and wake up fucking starving.
