Picked up a new project. My kid wants to keep it all zuki, but I have a whole toyota drivetrain sitting here waiting for a new home.

 

Oh yeah. Gotta go spring over on YJ springs. Talk to Dave Wong he just hooked me up.

 

Good idea. I think I have yj springs behind my shed, we used to use them up front when SASing ifs toyotas. I have a couple pallets of leafspring packs and that would be a good way to start thinning it down. This thing even has AC.

Did you hear how well Dave did this year in the rock crawling world(werock,supercrawl)? They sent him and his rig to japan for a race.

Yeah he was telling me about the Japan trip when I stopped in at his shop. I guess his buggy is on a ship still on its way back. Pretty cool.

It has been quiet.

I just got back yesterday from leading 27 rigs down to Big Sur CA. First night was at Prewitt Ridge, such and epic view of the ocean and 70 degree weather. Then we stayed at The Indians Saturday night and had such a great time. Mike Shaffer of Shaffer’s Offroad came with his built 2nd gen long travel truck on 37’s that’s awesome, of course he calls it junkie. The group moved really well together considering so many rigs, 40 plus people with about 10 young kids running around. Only got stopped once by a special forces SXS once in Fort Hunter Leggitt. Took my son along as well, pretty fun
