Well this looks awesome, I think I need to get with him for something similar. But I’ll probably get depressed being reminded every day about the duck season we are currently having.

    Thank you.

If you like that you'll probably like the console cover that @Lugnut22 did for me. Here's a pic of that.20191229_114040.jpg
Kylin @Lugnut22 can be found on the "Custom Upholstered Pieces" thread.
He does some really nice work also.

Got my sub hooked up to my T9 head unit. Its been a long process started with the suburu tweeters and kicker door speakers. While i was in there, i moght as well do sound deadening so i made each door into a sub of sort
    0E46C218-7460-4DD4-B091-7567C8560280.jpg
also had enough to do behind rear seats
    1AD1527C-2FA0-4219-B849-0147BD8FBBA6.jpg

Then I got by far one of my best mods, the T9 android headunit. I think every tacoma should come with one as it fits perfectly and does everything you can think of. Bonus is that it puts out as much power as a kicker key amp 4x45w, so i didnt need to get a separate amp for the door speakers. At $380 shipped, this is heads and shoulders above kenwood, alpine and pioneers decks

Next was to build my sub box. I intended to do it on the driver side but went with the passengerside as it would also give me a spot to mount my amp. The only problem was the rear window motor. The goal was to keep the plastic backing on the seat, while allowing it to still fold flat and give the subwoofer some room. I started with a template and went from there. I got about 0.5 cubic feet

    EC01E2A9-892D-4909-8CE4-01CF9C145F6B.jpg
I decided to go with a pioneer tw-sw2504 10” shallow and alpine mvr-500 amp which paired perfectly pumping out 300w at 4 ohms

now all hooked up, it sounds badass and i was able to keep my driver side storage

Really enjoyed the write up of your speaker install. I installed the Kicker's (6 x 9 front and 6.75 rear) in the doors and the Subaru tweeters in the dash. I didn't sound deaden the cab as you did but did put a 1' square of deadening material (same brand as you) behind each door speaker and put a small strip of foam (3/16" thick) around the door openings for the speakers before I bolted the new Kicker mounts to the door. Not sure that helps all that much but I'm more than pleased with the sound my stock head unit produces (2020 TRD OR). How many of those small clips did you loose in the doors?-LOL! I lost several but ordered a pack from Amazon (got them in 2 days) so all went well. I bet your setup will sound fantastic!!
