Are you still complaining about the roads or the safety? I can’t really tell.

Iowa is rated high on road and infrastructure because it is heavily weighted towards congestion and commute time.

It’s ranked poorly in safety because factors within that category like animal collisions, DUI, and uninsured drivers are naturally going to go up the more rural the population is in the state.

i only do that in Iowa and Missouri if traffic is light (they have smooth roads for the most part), and once i get out of Sarpy county headed to Lancaster county, other than that i go a bit under the posted limit

i just may do that, the road north of that dealer on US75 through South Omaha is a nightmare and then comes I-80 west, I-80 east into Iowa from that junction is smooth as butter, where i go 90mph to do the occasional Italian tuneUp over the river, wide open lanes
