I backed into a trash can this morning and busted my tail light. I am going to replace it but I want to know if the lights differ by trim level. My truck is a 2018 DCSB TRD OR 4x4. Thanks!

Yes, there is the SR5 base model, the off road and the pro model.

EDIT: The SR5 has no black in the housing, the TRD OR has black near the reverse light, the Pro is black all around.

Thanks, I may just buy a set of knock off pro tails. I like the look of them.

I bought OEM real pro tail lights (I get employee pricing). Really happy with them.

Get ready for moisture in the lights if you go knock off

Maybe this was a new thing for 2019 only but my SR's tail lights are the exact same as the SR5, Sport, OR, etc. The only tail light that differs is the Pro on my model year. Maybe they started in 2018 when they did the whole TSS standard thing.

Check Craigslist, I see these listed quite often.

    All the things!
Also note that taillights differ by model, but also year. The 2016-2017 OR's had chrome reverse light trim and then they made it black in the 2018+ models.

2020s are chrome. Just swapped mine out for something else.
