It has wireless carplay. Let me say one thing. The reason the joying guys cant figure out how to use it cuz they have no support. The iphone is wireless and android is wired. Realistically you also want to get the wireless car dongle as well. It fixes the issue of carplay and tethering at the same time. You can get it from
Cartrimhome $60, but you can get it from Amazon or ebay quicker, but cists more

Nice ! I don't have an inverter, and don't need one. Your photos made me realize that there's a good sized unused space on the back side of the center console. Does that cover just snap off?
