Anything particular that should be done for a 15k service?

Make sure they inspect all the wiring throughout the entire truck, and don't accept no for an answer.

 

Don't they need to torque the prop shaft bolts and lube zerks?

 

I didn't take mine in for the 15,000 miles service as they most likely aren't going to do anything, and you risk them screwing something up.

 

I don't know about the 3.5 but my 2.7 takes less time to service that it takes me to set up an appt to have it done at the dealer. Super easy access with the 4 banger and costs me ~$22.

Check the Owner's Manual and have them service the flux capacitor and headlight fluid.
