I ate everything in sight. Drinking is where it's at. Well...use to be where it's at.

Yea I drink my beer time to time , cant drink while having to work the next day and usually only on my seven off. I go months with out it and of course sometimes over do that

 

It made me thirsty. Could be the reason it didn't work out so well for me.

Lucky I get have a night out and go to work destroyed and my boss just asks "want a coffee? take a quick nap? Did you at least get some?" The answers being: yes, yes,...no

Nice!! I should probably take some notes as I'm currently not going to the gym and used to regularly for training. i still eat like an animal and drink like German Irishman. It takes a lot of discipline to do what you're doing and that's very cool. I shall try to move in that direction

 

Aint stopping till I see 185 on the scale. 238 was unacceptable hence the diet.

Fuck those are fantastic. Although I have issues sleeping and even 2 melatonin and 1 unisom with an hour to let it kick in barely do the trick.

 

Im no stranger to weight loss. Ive been in the 240s before and got down to 180s. More than once...

Alcohol is the biggest cause of my recent weight gain. Simply cutting out the IPAs erry night has helped immensely, but I am also doing a low carb/alternate day fast diet.

Ill eat low carb one day, fast the next and so on.

Wow. I will say those IPA's definitely add up (I know this). How effective is this diet at keeping it up? Can you go back to a different diet with a little more flexibility with less beer and keep it off? I'm asking because my current diet is food + beer
