    Torque wrench, red loctite and periodic checks for me. Never had an issue either. I have to run them in the rear to clear shocks until I get a wider axle. And as in your sig, my truck too is not babied off road

    I just set 'em and forget 'em. I have never had an issue with loose nuts. I don't loctite anything. Hahahahaha.

    I have used the ugga ugga method forever (actually I use an impact often) and both have always served me very well. :laugh:

    When in doubt, ugga ugga.

    I am a bit confused.. how does going to a 160* thermostat put more stress on the radiator? It seems like since the tstat is opening sooner that it would be less prone to heat soak and rising temps over time. Can anyone shed a little more light on this? This is assuming the tune stays the same and you dont run more timing, i could see how that or adding sleeves would tax the cooling system, but all other things the same, how is just swapping the tstat gonna tax the cooling system more if it runs cooler afterwards

    im hesitant on getting spacers again. accidentally bought some offbrand ones and could see the runout they caused. dont really want to dump money into new wheels either. ugh.

    Spacers will put the same amount of stress on the factory studs, bearings, etc... as if you got wheels wheels with less back spacing to achieve the same tire position. The only downside imho is you have 2 sets of studs to potentially shear instead of just one. I wouldn’t and clearly haven’t hesitated to run them so long as they are a quality pair. Probably 80% of long travel trucks out there are running spacers to clear their shocks.

    Thanks for that. While I don't have issues with using a URD adapter, I would also prefer to have a 1 piece neck over an adapter.

    Dude, the amount of bolts there especially since I'm a 12 and he to deal with that craptastic air injection setup almost got intimidating to me. Especially due to the time constraint I was working with and the general fact that daylight was dying. There is no shame in taking it to a shop if you feel it is too much for you.

    I got my matching spare awhile ago and it’s nice. Only problem is I want to upgrade to the flow formed wheels now... I may have a problem lol.
