If you are currently 160 and your goal is to be 180 you don’t need steroids. I went from 160-180 in 3 months. It’s easy. Granted I was competing and needed to make weight for the platform but it’s still easy. I wasn’t THAT fat but I definitely wasn’t lean. Nothing like what I am now. But I’m also back to 160. Today’s 160 is a hell of a lot better than 2 years ago 160 though so there is something to be said about bulking up and cutting to lean out. But from what you are talking about your “goals” aren’t really defined yet so I’d strongly advise against roiding up and just work on your nutrition. With the proper macro breakdown and some consistency you’ll see some good progress

And because I have all these pictures on my phone...here’s a 3 year journey

 

I just iifym’d chic fil a and a Hershey cookies and cream bar into my macros. Friday has become my “flexible” day. Still stay pretty close to my macros, but fit in some treats.

 

May 2018 is approaching that 3 C thiccc mark. Not quite though.

 

I fit chick fil a in about 2-3x per week. The lord’s calories are easy

that was my last meet. Probably more at 182 to make weight for that class. I saw that pic after the meet and decided if I ever compete again it will be at the 165 class

 

I haven't eaten Chic Fila in 4 weeks. I am disgusted with myself

 

I ate the lords chicken everyday last week

What do y'all order? I typically go grilled nuggets...

 

All I see from these pictures is you used to have A much less douchey hairstyle.

 

The fuq? If you go to the lord’s chicken and don’t get the original chicken, why do you even go to the lord’s chicken?

 

I used to do the same until a certain member in this thread made me realize how stupid I was and that the minimal calorie difference was not worth it. Fried> grilled

This is awesome to see every time. When I first got to 175(I’m 5’9-5’10) , I felt tiny. Can for sure tell I’ve gained decent muscle mass (along with some fat) on this bulk and excited to see how I look whenever I drop weight again one day. Gotta stay focused.
