Just installed these sweet racks made by this guy in pa, he’s on here as @billythekid217 They came out amazing and said the load rating was pretty high, don’t quote me but I think it was 600lb+. Easy install and I think they look great on the black truck. The cross bar Alu and the brackets are Steele . They seem bomb proof. He had a pair kb voodoos but my opinion these are better.

How do you open your tonneu ?

 

The tt40 bolts take 1 min for all Of them to be removed and I remove the crossbars. Easy peasy. Seriously like having a 5 ft trunk. Lol

Still cold and snowy out, and the wife was a good sport, so I brought my tailgate into the living room to do some work. Got the 3D tailgate letter inserts and KTJO tailgate lock installed.

Swapped my stock exhaust for the TRD exhaust today. I’m loving the low tone it puts out. I did a quick trip around the block with no exhaust too.

 

I got in touch with Savag, great guy. I will be ordering from him for sure.

One more question, do you by chance know if this head unit will work with the Car Solutions anytime camera (double pressing mode to activate camera)?

That’s a great mod. But in Jersey the guy who pumps my gas just lets the cap just swing ..... lol

 

It should, i have the anytime mod and it works. All the rca connections are made prior to the headunit, and all you gotta do it plug and play your main harness. Not sure how yours is setup

 

As for the double tap mode button, i cant be certain. My steering wheel functions normally, except for we lose the voice control button. Mode works, as it toggles through the various inputs. Not sure about the double tap tho. Im on a separate dpdt switch for my anytime mod
