    It’s a mobile app yes. This one is close to my gym so I’ll order on my way out and they’ll start making it when I get to the drive thru line.

    Nice. I’m 30miles from them so I don’t get it often.

    I agree with you. The area I live in has a “small town” feel to it. It was one of the things I wanted when we were looking to buy a house. Also, 12 mins away from the lord’s chicken. Win win.

    10/10. Can confirm. Went from a town of 3,000 to this massive city.

    small town is better.

    I do the original sandwich. Sometimes spicy. Usually without the bun but if my macros allow the extra carbs I’ll bun up. Nuggets work too. Original, not grilled. Those are gross. My wife eats them, but she’s celiac and they are gluten free.

    And the buffalo sauce is better than any of their others. I get extra and eat it with my home cooked chicken on the daily

    Thats what I do. I pretty much get superstitious and don’t change anything within a week of my race.
    I trust my training and forget the rest.

    @Fernando This.

    Unless you really are wanting to be a bodybuilder my advice is do not get caught up in the traditional cut and bulk bullshit. All you get is fat.
    It takes someone whos dedicated and very particular about their nutrition to cycle cut and bulks properly. Its harder to do things that way, so thus its reserved for people willing to put in the work.

    Cut down to being close to what leanness you want to be then very slowly build up your mass without packing on fat. Even if you feel “too skinny” doing it now. You build more mass when you are sub 12% body fat than when you are over. The fatter you are going into a bulk the more likely you are to gain more fat and less muscle.

    So many guys push the bulk shit on newbies and all it leads us no place good. If your goals are physique based get lean first.

    I don’t eat at that fucking establishment.

    I’m trying to decide if its more a bigoted duche CEO thing or an overall political thing. I’m just not a fan of the mega fast food industry. They dictate too much of our meat industry.

    Although not gonna lie maybe 3 times a year I hit up McDonalds.
    I think the last time I hit up Chick Fil A was 10 years ago.
