If you have 'em...you know what I'm talking about!!

I haven't had a problem with them, a few here and there inside the house. No biggie. But - the other day, I open my drivers side door and there's a frigin stink bug sitting in the jam (up at the dash). Yesterday, there's one crawling on my passenger side window. The funny thing is.....Its probably just as bad to open & close your window a gazillion times trying to chase that sucker OUT the window while your driving on the highway (as he changes directions on ya every time) as it is using the cell phone while driving. Today, I'm doing laundry.... there's a frigin stink bug in the washer (after the cycle was complete - dead of course).

I've heard horror stories of these little suckers..... What's yours?

OH, and for anyone who isn't aware of what a stink bug is....

oh yeah thats them. i have a clean fucking pristine house. and these things are stuck all over the fucking windows and doors!!!. all season i was spraying ortho home defense max and it did didly shit, as a matter of fact i think it attracted them!!. so we called orkin and we are waiting to see if they can solve the problem. they have been out to the house 4 times already!!! the orkin guy said that they are going to be an epidemic in the us this coming spring and summer so if you see even just one call a pest control service and nip that shit in the bud. its no joke i have never seen bugs swarm on a house like these disgusting little beasts. they have no natural predators due to the fact that they are from asia and their smell.

orkin also said that they where making their way up the coast and inland. once you get them your kinda fucked. they are only on the out side of our house and the ones that get in are from opening and closing the doors. but if you have them in your actual house thats a big problem they winter over and multiply by the thousands next year they will be fuckng everywhere!!! call the exterminator while we still have some warm weather and they are out have him treat before they winter over.

It's been weird.... haven't seen too many at our house. But when we visit our gun range or other areas, we get 'em in the hinges of the doors and inside the car...all over the windows.

Why couldn't god create these types of bugs to eat all the weeds in my yard? They'd have enough to eat forever!!! :D

Ewww...... maybe they'll just die up there. They'll never survive the winter up there. Just stay out of my house!!!

This make me think of *Whale Wars*. They should pack up a gazillion of these stink bugs and sling shot them suckers to the Japanese boats! hehehehe...

Get real. We've had them for years. Yeah they get in the house even during the winter. You just live with it and have to grab them with a paper towel and toss them out. I usually have to get rid of one or two per day during the summer. I'm not wasting my money on an exterminator. They are complete scam artists. I had one bring termites in a jar to a home inspection once.

Don't waste money on an exterminator. I spray my house using Bayer's Suspend SC. It kills f-ing everything including termites, and is rated as safe to use in a restaurant kitchen around the food prep areas.

When I spray the bastards they start rattling back & forth, and by the time I finish spraying the house they are dead.

1 bottle lasts about 3 years if you mix it correctly & spray every 3-6 months:

I want to kill them but I dont wanna kill my fruit tree or make the fruit inedible. I saw a thread where someone got a bunch of little mesh type bags and would put one of those bags on each peice of fruit. Im gonna try and do about a dozen or so this year and see how it works.

Got hundreds of them in my house. had them for years, the grey ones but never like this. I rarely see the green ones. I capture about 50+ a day in a plastic bottle with a little bit of Dr. Pepper in the bottom and they drown or the acid kills them. Once they get to about 50 or so they dont die anymore then I throw a few firecrackers in there (5 to 10) but they are resilient little buggers.

    Yup...Made in China!

I've been in York, PA 7 years now; and this is our 3rd year dealing with them. In fact I hear several right now buzzing around my head and at the window...While sitting in my office at home.

I'm thinking of creating a patent to sell their odor as cologne...Whada you all think?

Nah I have already bottled it! (See above) It add a leaf of peppermint and some dr pepper and you will have some buyers. I dont think they like their own smell because I bring the bottle near them and it knocks them clear off the wall and stuns them. I was freezing them with compressed air but used it all last year and its too expensive to keep using it on the billions of bugs. and the govt wants to introduce a chinese wasp to get rid of them. Who knows that that will do to our native insects.

I planted a bunch of fruit trees and I was going to try the soap and tobaco trick to see if that would kill them.
