if we are talking about separating the tie rod from the steering knuckle of the wheel hub, i tried the BFH and my shit wouldn't budge. I used the puller I rented from auto zone for free and all I had to do was turn my wrench till it popped. No need to force it. Never used the one of those above. The puller I recommended any YouTube mechanic can figure out.

@MagtechPA dont give up. A BFH wouldn't budge mine either, get one of these two tools recommended and try again.
