Give them some time. They have been incredibly swamped with orders and they are providing updates, albeit slow, updates none of the less. As much as I and many others think, our group buy is not the 100% top priority of their business, we'll get our stuff, and they'll reply to those with questions. It's just taking a little bit longer than expected is all.

Give it a few days and message them back. I'd rather them be on the slower side then bombard them and leave the door open to potentially gaffing the work because their mind is on replying back to us in an expedient manner.

Nice! good to know.I have yet to get a response but mine was more about how to return. I have no idea yet but sounds like quick turnaround especially if you are on the west coast.

Took a look visually and I may very well have a flat pulley. Unless it’s recessed in the ALT. 2013 OR W/ Tow package. Someone else saw the same thing couldn’t recall.

I’m hoping to start next month. Yah seems mixed. No consistency there. Do you have the factory tow package?

I have a 14 TRD Sport as well with tow package. Mine looks flat and I have a flat pulley so we shall see. I am waiting on the SC pulley insert before I do all the pulleys. I may rip it off tomorrow though since Imam running new alternator battery cabling though.

This is a really stupid question, but how are you folks replacing your alternator pulley? As in like, is it as easy as loosening the retaining nut, removing the old pulley then replacing it with the lightweight version and that's it?

I'm just trying to get a mental idea of what to expect from the alternator before I rip back into the pulley system to replace the WP and alternator pulleys.
